Hey all!
There is another website where you are free to download the 3D tutorial currently uploaded. It is a site called
Bizla's Room (he's a great friend I met on
BlenderArtists.org). You can also check out some of his tutorials on more advanced things as well as another friend of his going by the alias
BlenderCranium. Though I am still to check out some of his stuff there, I am pleased that such a website exists, so if you can't find among mine what you need to get the bases covered, you can certainly look there.
Oh, and here's an update on the new 3D tutorial's result so far (top) compared to the old one (bottom):
(new result)
(old result)
Hope you like the new look as much as I do. I am still trying to make it work less on the left eye, but it's quite hard. While I think the old method has a much more striking level of depth, I definitely like the new one's clarity. The goal of course is to reach the best of both:
- Clarity of the top one
- Depth of the bottom one
- Brightness of the top one
Thank YOU very very very very much for showing me the solution to the problem and please help me improve the whole thing and finish the book quickly and with excellence!
