Brand new video - and wow was it cutting it close this month! hehe. Here it is! You are gonna love it!
GOD is so amazing!
The idea for this video was literally just given. I had asked the LORD what to cover and was led to ask the community and I got very few responses. The clearest request was for character creation. While that isn't bad and definitely on the list to get an update, these just didn't fit.
For some reason, compositing and the processes involved with it, kept coming up and grabbing my attention. When I started looking into it, it just settled that this was what I was supposed to cover. It was a real joy to cover, but sooooooo much work too! It took the longest time to make the sketch though, hehe. I am so thankful and so overwhelmbed by how amazing it turned out! GOD is so wonderful to me!
One thing that made the process so much more bearable is that the LORD allowed me to use an old character. For the Toon Shading in Cycles video, I used a model I had made from make human as an example. I finished him and used him in the sketch! Literally saved me hours and hours of work! It takes me roughly a day to make a new character (depending on what is needed).
Just like the previous video on Interpreting a Tutorial, this was very much a specialty videos. These take a lot more to produce than the typical tutorials I do - they are scripted, require more research and more examples and B-roll (a little more relevant footage than just a black screen, hehe).
