Hey all!
There is a website out there that markets independent (aka, unsigned) Christian Artists of various trades in multi-media. It's called IndySpotlight. The lady who is the steward thereof, posted in Christian Animators (a facebook group) on Sunday about this website, but I basically glanced over it. Later that night, I felt GOD wanted me to share this video on that same group:
So I did, under internal protest, because I hate, for lack of better term, to shove my work down people's throats, hahaha. It's an extreme interpretation of marketing, but that's really how I feel when I do it - though I will admit it's the wrong attitude. How are people supposed to see this if it's not shared in the first place, haha. I was obedient to GOD and shared it, and I'm glad I did, but I'll be honest, I thought it would gain more traction by word of mouth. Oh well, haha.
Anyway, later that night, the lady that stewards the site, asked if I'd consider putting my info on the website and I was so apprehensive, haha, but I felt HIM say to do it, so because I had a headache and couldn't sleep, I sent her an e-mail and asked what info would be needed and I sent it through the next day. They are fast, because it's already up here.
So, if you're an indy Christian artist, check out IndySpotlight! :D Also, if you're looking for Christian artists to be part of your project, make sure you stop by there. The standard is very high! :D
