Hey all!

I've worked on that special project over the last weekend, like intended, but I am still not completely satisfied with the final result, but that's only because this was an experiment. Here are a few frames as it progressed on a feature called, Dynamics Paint:

When I started, it was because GOD gave me an idea of how to do the foam, but I had never worked with this feature before and had to watch some tutorials to learn how it worked and some of the stuff that can be done and I particularly benefited from this tutorial:


So after watching this, I started working on learning the feature and saw it does some pretty cool stuff that will really only benefit your fluid simulations! So I hope you give it a shot.
  Here is how it progressed. I initially worked on a single project and did around 12 renders of it as I learned, adjusted, tested, etc and here it is:












After all of the above, I was just done for the day, because I just couldn't get the result I wanted... Usually I don't give up and the next day I was at it again :). Only this time, I kept the tutorial open while working and so the project progressed and I adjusted the method I was using to paint regularly instead of waves. The two together will look much better than this, which is one of many reasons why I mentioned I am not happy with this as a final, even though it still looks cool imo.

Second progression is shorter:




Initially I thought it really strange, the foam giving off so much light, but oddly enough, it reflects a bigger amount of light in reality than we might think. In this case though, it is too much, because it is a misty day. It should instead be more on the grey side.
